Dear Colleagues, Researchers, and Esteemed Delegates,
It is with great enthusiasm and a deep sense of responsibility that I welcome you all to BASICON 2025 – the 44th Annual Conference of the Association of Surgeons of India (Bihar Chapter), set to be held in November 2025 at Dr. H. N. Yadav Auditorium, Darbhanga Medical College, Laheriasarai.
